Goodwill @ Pasadena, CA Mini Haul
I recently went thrifting with the best friend and the selection was amazing; as well as the customer service. The ladies at the register are always so kind :>
Here are the things that I bought pictured below, and I will put up pictures of how I styled them soon! <3
1. Coral blouse with a little cut in the back
$4.99
What I really like about this blouse is that it screams SPRING. It's in a Like New condition and the material just feels amazing. I think it's a polyester? fabric and it's so soft and UGH I'm in love with it.
2. A mix of peach and pink long sleeve sweater
$5.99
IT'S NEVER BEEN WORN! It came with tags attached and it was marked down for $19.99, but I got it for $6. I just love it when I know I saved money; whether its a penny or a dollar, I'm a happy camper.
It's really lightweight and the color scheme matches with spring, so it'll be perfect for those chilly spring mornings and it won't be too hot for spring afternoons.
3."Grandpa" Cardigan
$3
I spotted this hanging on the end of a rack and I had to have it. It's tacky in its own way, it's heavy, and it came in poor poor condition... having a loose button and a button missing, stains, and hard shelled candy or booger? stains on the sleeves, I still couldn't resist it. It just seemed perfect for these brutal winter days we've been having; and I'm sure I'll find a way to make it seem brand new. It was originally $6, but I asked the lady if I could have a discount cause of the stains, and I only had to pay half for it! :}
4. Taupe Lace Racerback Cropped Tank
$2.99
The photo doesn't do this tank any justice but it's a beauty in person. I was debating whether or not I should buy this cause I have something similar to it, just without the lace and the cropping, but I decided hey what the heck, it's something nice to put over a dress or a pencil skirt without tucking it in and I bought it haha.
WELL, that concludes my thrift mini haul, and my first blog entry. I really like a day spent well and finding clothes at a cheap price.
I honestly recommend visiting this Goodwill because it has a wide selection of clothes, but their parking lot is tiny and it's one way. If you can't find parking just park across the street or in a public parking lot and walk over. It's worth it!
